Estimates, Authorization, and Bookings
In line with the California Automotive Repair Act, we provide a written estimate and obtain your authorization before performing repairs. If additional work or costs are needed, we contact you for approval before going beyond the authorized amount.
Online appointments reserve dedicated time with our team. Booking fees, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Vehicles not picked up after we notify you that repairs are complete, or after an estimate that is not authorized, may be subject to daily storage charges as described on your repair authorization form.
Warranty, Liability, and Contact
We stand behind our workmanship under the warranty terms provided with your repair. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, personal items left in vehicles, or delays caused by parts availability or insurance approval.
