Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
KB Motor wants every customer to be able to use kbmotorusa.com, book service, and get information about their vehicle, including people with disabilities.
Our Commitment
We work to make our website accessible to people with disabilities, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our guide.
What We Are Doing
We are working to make this site readable and easy to navigate, including with screen readers and keyboard-only use. Our ongoing efforts include:
-
Setting the site language and a clear heading structure on every page
-
Adding descriptive text to images
-
Using text sizes and color contrast that are easy to read
-
Keeping menus and booking forms usable with a keyboard
-
Limiting motion and animation
Third-Party Tools
Some features, such as online booking, maps, and embedded social media, are provided by outside vendors and may not fully meet these standards. If any of them gives you trouble, contact us and we will help directly.
At Our Shop
Our team is glad to help at the front desk, by phone, or by email. If you need an accommodation when dropping off or picking up your vehicle, let us know in advance and we will do our best to make it work for you.
