Refund Policy
Booking and Inspection Fees
Diagnostic and ADAS calibration appointments booked online require a $250 inspection fee at checkout. This reserves dedicated technician time and covers the inspection and diagnostic work. Collision estimates are free.
If you approve the recommended repairs, the full $250 is credited toward your final repair invoice. If you decline repairs, the fee covers the inspection already performed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
The inspection fee is non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, call us at least 24 hours ahead and we will move your booking to a new time, with your fee carried over.
Missed appointments and cancellations forfeit the fee. If KB Motor needs to reschedule for any reason, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.
Repairs, Parts, and Questions
Charges for authorized repairs are final once the work is performed. Workmanship concerns are handled by inspecting and correcting the repair under our warranty rather than by refund. Special-order parts may be non-returnable once ordered. Insurance-paid repairs follow the terms of your claim.
