$25 booking fee applied toward your repair
Service Description
A $25 booking fee is collected at the time of scheduling and is applied toward the cost of your repair. If you proceed with the recommended work, the $25 is deducted from your total. If you decline repairs, the $25 covers the inspection and diagnostic time. Book a diagnostic or general repair consultation. Our master technician will assess your vehicle, diagnose the issue, and provide a transparent estimate before any work begins. Covers engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical troubleshooting, drivetrain, cooling systems, exhaust, and scheduled maintenance. We tell you what is actually wrong before recommending any repair. No guessing, no unnecessary parts swaps. Every diagnostic result is documented and provided to you regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Scheduling & Wait Times: Vehicles are serviced in the order they are received. If other vehicles are ahead of yours, your car may need to be left at the shop until it can be seen. Service times can range from 1 to 4+ hours depending on current workload and scope of work. Inspection Fee: An inspection and diagnostic fee applies if you decline the recommended repairs. If you approve the repairs, the inspection fee is included in the service cost. Cancellation: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call (626) 965-1114 or reply to your confirmation email. Transportation: KB Motor offers complimentary rides home after vehicle drop-off and rental vehicles at $20 per day from our fleet. If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy, we can arrange that for you directly. Authorization: No work will be performed without your authorization. We provide a transparent estimate and explain all recommended repairs before proceeding.
