Service Description
A $25 booking fee is collected at the time of scheduling and is applied toward the cost of your service. The $25 is deducted from your total at checkout. Our oil change is not a quick lube. It is a comprehensive 1-hour+ maintenance procedure that includes a 19-point inspection and service checklist: Exclusive high-pressure power oil and filter complete flush change. Check air filter. Check cabin filter. Check and add wiper washer fluid. Check radiator and add coolant. Check engine oil level. Check tires and pressure. Check brake pads and disc. Check lights. Check engine belt. Check pipe hose. Check and service battery. Check alternator output. Check water pump. Tire rotation if needed. Wash engine compartment. Test drive and reset service interval. All maintenance services are guaranteed 12,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. European, luxury, and exotic vehicles welcome — we stock the correct specification oils and filters for your vehicle. Pricing varies by year, make, model, and oil type required. Bilingual service available in English and Chinese.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Scheduling & Wait Times: Vehicles are serviced in the order they are received. If other vehicles are ahead of yours, your car may need to be left at the shop until it can be seen. Service times can range from 1 to 4+ hours depending on current workload and scope of work. Inspection Fee: An inspection and diagnostic fee applies if you decline the recommended repairs. If you approve the repairs, the inspection fee is included in the service cost. Cancellation: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call (626) 965-1114 or reply to your confirmation email. Transportation: KB Motor offers complimentary rides home after vehicle drop-off and rental vehicles at $20 per day from our fleet. If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy, we can arrange that for you directly. Authorization: No work will be performed without your authorization. We provide a transparent estimate and explain all recommended repairs before proceeding.
