Service Description
Schedule a collision damage assessment. We inspect, photograph, and document all damage, then provide a transparent estimate. For insurance claims, we submit directly to your carrier through CCC One. Bring your claim number if you have one. Walk-ins also welcome, or call us directly at (626) 965-1114 to discuss your situation before booking. We handle supplement negotiation, adjuster communication, and full documentation including pre-repair and post-repair diagnostic scans.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Scheduling & Wait Times: Vehicles are serviced in the order they are received. If other vehicles are ahead of yours, your car may need to be left at the shop until it can be seen. Service times can range from 1 to 4+ hours depending on current workload and scope of work. Inspection Fee: An inspection and diagnostic fee applies if you decline the recommended repairs. If you approve the repairs, the inspection fee is included in the service cost. Cancellation: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call (626) 965-1114 or reply to your confirmation email. Transportation: KB Motor offers complimentary rides home after vehicle drop-off and rental vehicles at $20 per day from our fleet. If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy, we can arrange that for you directly. Authorization: No work will be performed without your authorization. We provide a transparent estimate and explain all recommended repairs before proceeding.
